Bharti Networks Services, over the years has assimilated Technical knowhow and expertise which has enabled it to create Intellectual Capital which is being constantly replenished by its Training Department.

Today we are an active and vibrant partner for OEMs and outsource trained personnel in large quantities at all levels. Our resources go through our in-house training on our task-based services and regular training sessions and that makes us different from a simple manpower supplying agency.

In this model, the manpower remains on the payroll of Bharti Networks Services and the resources are assigned to the customer. This model is ideal for customers who either need a solution for peaks in their requirements or have a long-term requirement but don't want the additional burden of head-counts on their books.

Bharti Networks Services will take care of all resource management issues (Recruitment, Pay rolling, Daily allowances, re-imbursements) and continuous skill enhancement of these resources.

Depending on customer's requirement, Bharti Networks Services can provide office space, tools (lap-tops, mobiles, tool-kits) and test equipment's (Site master, VSWR Meters etc) as a part of the package.

Sourcing and Recruitment Services

This is a model requiring relatively lower involvement from Bharti Networks Services. In this model, we shall understand customer's requirement and facilitate the sourcing and recruitment process. The resources will be on customer's payroll.

Bharti Networks do Campus Placements/ Campus Recruitment drives. We conducted in various educational institutes for providing job opportunities to the students who are pursuing their TECHNICAL courses. Campus Placements offer a student a wonderful opportunity to get placed during the course of his academic pursuits, and provide him the comforts of a safe and secure future. Keeping in mind the importance of the campus placement programs, it is vital for a student to prepare adequately for these programs and make sure that they put their best foot forward.

On-Campus Placement Drives:

In On-Campus Placement Drives, We Visit Colleges To Select Final Year Students And Selection Depends Upon A Student's Ability To Work-Hard, His Technical Capabilities And His Focus.

Off-Campus / Pool Campus Placement Drives:

In Off Campus Placement Drives, Recruitment Is Conducted At A Common Place Or At Our Premises It May Be A Particular College Or A Public Place Where Students From Different Colleges Assemble And Take Part In The Various Stages Of The Campus Placement Drive. A Number Of These Drives Are Advertised As 'Job Fairs'. The Main Objective Of The Placement Process Is To Identify The Talented Individuals.

Internship Project

We do provide internship. We do tie-up with colleges to provide opportunity of internship to the students. Experience is becoming a crucial factor for employers when deciding who gets their foot in the door. It’s strongly advised that students and graduates take the opportunity to complete a period of work experience to ensure they have a competitive advantage over their peers; and that’s where an internship can make all the difference.
